Résumé

[en] The second invasion of Ukraine and the end of cooperation with the Russian Federation has had a major impact on research in the Arctic (50% of the Arctic area). Space Remote sensing, in particular the European Copernicus and French programs, and those to come, have enabled scientific activity to be maintained to monitor climate change and its environmental and territorial impacts. The current situation has made it possible to accelerate the dynamics of the space observation monitoring approach by combining spatial analysis and modelling models and past/today field measurements, using new “AI” integrated models over the entire Arctic zone, and continuing research work.
